Interviews:
For all non-game interviews, please contact Marion Crowe, Sports Information Director or Lamont Hinson, Assistant Sports Information Director at least 24 hours prior to desired time. Post-game interviews request should be arranged through the Sports Information Office within five minutes of the contest's conclusion. At the conclusion of the contest, players and coaches are available for interviews at their respective dressing rooms or at a designated press area 10-minutes after a "cooling off" period.
Post-Game Packets:
Final game statistics will be available approximately 10 minutes following the game.
Pre-Game Notes:
The media may obtain game-day information, including notes and statistics for both teams, at press row tables. Media members wishing to receive a faxed copy of the game-day notes prior to arriving at the game should contact the Sports Information Office at 910-672-1349.
Post-Game Services:
A copier and fax machine is available in Capel Arena, third floor, located in the Sports Information Office, on a first-come, first-serve basis. As a service to the visiting media and sports information directors, Fayetteville State University Sports Information Office will fax/e-mail box scores to media if provided the fax/e-mail numbers/addresses. Priority will be given to local media outlets.
Press Row Passes:
Press row arrangements must be made through the Sports Information Office at least 24 hours in advance of the desired game. As seating is limited on press row, space will be provided on a first come, first serve basis.
Radio Broadcast:
All requests for broadcast must be arranged through the Sports Information Office at least two weeks in advance. When there is more than one request received for the same game, priority will be given to the radio station that regularly broadcastings the visiting team's game. All arrangements for telephone lines are the responsibility of the visiting schools radio station.
