HOMECOMING 2007
Fayetteville State University will celebrate its annual Homecoming on October 20, 2007. We invite your participation as a merchandise or food vendor. Vending spaces outside Jeralds Stadium are $300.00 each and spaces inside Jeralds Stadium are $400.00 each. We are accepting merchandise vendors only. We are not accepting food vendors at this time. Vendors are responsible for providing for their own table and chair needs.
During Homecoming parking will be at a premium. Each vendor will be provided parking for one (1) vehicle. Additional vehicles should be parked in the general parking area where you will be charged a parking fee. Parking during unloading and set-up has become a consistent problem. Those groups that do not remove their vehicles immediately will be denied future participation.
Spaces are limited and will be provided on a first paid basis. Upon receipt of your vendor's fee a space will be reserved. Spaces will be assigned during check-in on the morning of the 20th. Set up will begin at 7:00 a.m. Saturday, October 20, 2007, before the parade, and end at 6:00 p.m. after the football game. No one will be permitted to set up before Saturday morning.
Complete and return the vendor participation form below, along with your fee, no later than 5:00 p.m., October 18, 2007. Only paid & confirmed vendors will be permitted to participate.
