Denise Lewis first in second consecutive race

The Broncos head for the CIAA Country Cross Championships in Cary, NC on October 18th

Fayetteville, NC - Denise Lewis (Riverside, CA), running her second race as a Lady Broncos distance runner, took first place in the Women's Tri Cross Country meet held at Methodist College Soccer Complex, October 10.

Lewis covered the 4K course in 21.13 two minutes ahead of Methodist's Krystal Patton 22.32. In the men's dual meet with Methodist College, Nathan Ody paced the Broncos runners with a 20.47 to finish third in the meet.
